My international seminar is been announced at the IJNet. Correspondents and editors of international sections are invited to participate in a seminar scheduled for July 27 and 28 in Panama. The idea is for participants to think critically about global issues and apply them to local interest. The seminar has been advertised also at Periodistas-es, a portal for Spanish journalists.

The Latin American Journalism Center (CELAP, in Spanish) is organizing the training. The editor-in-chief of the Inter Press Service (IPS) news agency will lead the seminar. For registration or more information, contact dilmar@celap.net or visit (in Spanish).

Seminar on international reporting – Panama

Filed under: Conferences and Seminars — miren @ 8:05 am

The Seminar on international reporting that I am organising in Panama, on July 27 and 28, has been officially announced by CELAP, the centre who is inviting me. Dilmar Rosas, dilmarrosas@celap.com, is the person to talk to if you are interested. Below you’ll find more information, in Spanish, about its objectives and programme.
